Rue de Rêve brings the European tradition of apéritif hour to California-with a little more sunshine and ease. Founded by Jennifer Kimpe and Jeanne-Marie Hebert, it’s an invitation to slow down before whatever comes next: pour something beautiful, let the conversation linger and make an ordinary hour feel a little more special. European ritual, California spirit, and a very good reason to raise a glass.
Rue de Rêve translates to “Dream Street”, which is a fitting name for a brand built around slowing down, lingering a little longer, and making room for what’s next.
